Kiyomizu-taki fall
This is a waterfall with clear water flowing all year round. This waterfall is the origin of Kiyomizu Village.

Wooden bridge over a creek
It used to be a wooden bridge made of logs, but it was rebuilt because it was often washed away due to flood damage. It is a beautiful bridge over a clear stream!

Suijin and Kiyomizu
In the past, it was a pond with abundant water.
It is said that “the dragon god is said to have ascended upstream from here to the bottom of the earth.”

Sarutahiko’s mother and the Dragon God
It enshrines the mother of “Sarutahiko,” who guided the god on his way, and next to her is the dragon god from the water goddess.
